LaVonne Pepe (she/her) is the owner and founder of ELLEvate LLC, Inclusive Workplace and Leadership Solutions, a boutique consultancy firmly rooted in equity. ELLEvate provides an array of organizational efficiency, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), violence prevention, and leadership development, speaking, training, and consultancy services.

With over a decade of experience, LaVonne has established herself as a seasoned consultant dedicated to fostering equitable, inclusive, and belonging-centered cultures across diverse industries and organizations of varying sizes. She brings a multidisciplinary approach, drawing from her expertise in clinical social work, DEI, and violence prevention. LaVonne's specialties lie in addressing interpersonal violence and workplace harassment, enabling organizations to cultivate safe, respectful, and empowering environments for their workforce. 

LaVonne received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania, and shares that her passion is deeply rooted in social justice, and her purpose is to amplify the voices of individuals within her communities. She is driven by the quest for inclusive and equitable outcomes, leveraging her expertise in applying public health frameworks to achieve behaviorally-based results. Most importantly, she proudly shares that her personal mission is to leave a legacy that makes her daughter proud to call her mom and to check off as many boxes as possible that make the world better in pursuit of a brighter future for the next generation of Brown girls like her
