We’ve made it incredibly easy for you to get started attracting top female talent. Follow these three steps to go from “unclaimed” to “branded” in as little as 10 minutes.
Step 1: Make sure you have the info you need to complete the claim process
Your contact information, including a work email address and phone number
Contact information (name, title, email, phone number) for any additional admins you’d like to have access to the profile
A credit card (claiming your page is free, but this step is required for verification of your account)
You’ll also want to have these branding and recruiting assets handy to fill in your newly claimed profile:
A company logo (square, 300x300px)
A company description
Links to your careers page, social feeds, and company website
Basic information about your benefits, perks, and female-focused programs
An open job opportunity that you want to post, either manually or through your ATS (Please note: If using our free ATS syncing feature, you’ll need to have the job board ID and the job board token/tracking code on hand as well.)
Step 2: Go to inhersight.com/employer and fill in the claim form
Claiming your profile gives you several free branding opportunities, one free job slot with free ATS syncing, the ability to respond to comments, access to badges you can post on your own careers site, and more!
Step 3: Load your branding assets and job into your admin
We’ll notify you as soon as your profile is live. The more complete your profile, the more engaged our community of professional women will be. Keep in mind when you’re filling out your profile that women care, first, about benefits (e.g. amount of parental leave, PTO, etc.) and, second, about the description of your company’s mission and values.
