I’m grateful to work at Dropbox. Not only was it a career growth opportunity for me, but it’s very clear that leadership cares about employees and making sure we are equipped with the flexibility we need to do our best work. Virtual First allows me to show up as my best self and also still stay incredibly connected to my team and coworkers around the world. Win/win!
