Working here has not been what I expected nor what the company promotes. No upward mobility and unreliable management that changes your schedule without prior notice.

We have also rolled out "Betterworks" to our employees, which allows them to set professional goals and achieve professional development that helps our employees grow. Lots of strong female management. Maternity leave is limited to FMLA policies. No clear policy for lactating women. Newer company, open to new ideas and willing to make changes.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to have more women in leadership positions as GoHealth continues to grow. Our company has grown and within the last few years, we have changed our maternity leave policy. We do offer paid maternity leave to our full time employees, however, we encourage you to reach out to the HR department for more details. We do have a dedicated "mom"s room for those that maybe lactating. Please reach out to facilities or HR if you need more information on the room.
